Hands and Hearts

A crafting and praying small group, we are dedicated to learning about and experiencing prayer of all kinds, as well as exploring the connection between the work of our hands and the prayers of our hearts, as we create visible reminds of God’s love and care for people in our congregation.


Men’s Lectio Divina

A group for men to practice the ancient spiritual practice of Lectio Divina: Reading a scripture passage and discerning what the words say to you today.  They meet at the church in the Bageant Room on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month, beginning at 8am. Men of Opequon (MOO)

a fellowship and service focused group that seeks to build up one another, the church, and the community.  MOO meets monthly on the second Monday of each month for dinner at Chick-fil-A at 6:00 p.m. and at the church at 7:00 pm.


Read ’em Reap

Memory Lane Travelers

A group of those who love to scrap book or make cards. They meet at the church Fellowship Hall on the 4th Saturday of each month from 9am until 3 pm. Bring a a brown bag lunch. Contact Sandi Pulizzi jandspulizzi102@comcast.net


Tuesday Morning Mission

GLOW – GOD-Loving Opequon Women

This is Opequon’s Women Group that meets the second Tuesday each month at 7pm in the Bageant Room at church.  All aged women come together for Devotions, Prayer, Interactive activities and conversation, Projects, and enduring Friendship as we glorify God.
